Our Approach

Quality Built In at Every Stage

Quality cannot be added at the end. It has to be built into every step, from the fabric that arrives at our factory to the carton that leaves it. That is why we check your order five times before it ships.

Your approved sample is our reference standard. Every check compares bulk production against it: measurements, fabric, color, stitching and branding. Problems are caught early and fixed before they reach you.

  • Your approved sample is the quality benchmark
  • Checks from raw material to final packing
  • Defects reworked or replaced before shipment
  • Photos and video shared with you before dispatch
5-STAGE QUALITY CONTROL

Five Checkpoints, One Standard

From raw material to sealed carton, here is how we protect the quality of your order.

GSM test on incoming fabric01.
Checkpoint 01

Incoming Material Inspection

Checked before anything is cut

Fabric, trims and accessories are inspected as soon as they arrive. We confirm they match the approved sample before production begins.

What we check

  • Fabric GSM, width and composition
  • Shade consistency between rolls
  • Holes, stains and weaving faults
  • Zips, labels and trims against spec
Fabric cut to approved patterns02.
Checkpoint 02

Cutting Inspection

Accuracy from the first panel

Cut panels are checked against approved patterns before sewing starts, so every size is consistent across the whole order.

What we check

  • Panel shape and size against patterns
  • Grain direction and fabric layout
  • Shade matching within each garment
  • Bundling and size labelling
Garment being stitched on the production line03.
Checkpoint 03

In-Line Production Checks

Problems caught early

Our team checks garments during sewing, not only at the end. Issues are corrected on the line before they repeat across the order.

What we check

  • Stitch density, tension and seam strength
  • Seam alignment and construction
  • Branding placement, color and finish
  • First-piece approval for each operation
Final inspection of finished garments04.
Checkpoint 04

Final Inspection

Measured against your sample

Finished garments are inspected for measurements, appearance and workmanship. Any defective piece is reworked or replaced before packing.

What we check

  • Measurements against the size chart
  • Loose threads, stains and finishing
  • Function of zips, drawcords and snaps
  • Labels, tags and branding accuracy
Packed garments checked before dispatch05.

Packing & Pre-Shipment Check

Ready to sell on arrival

Before cartons are sealed we confirm folding, packaging and quantities match your order, then share photos or video with you.

What we check

  • Folding, polybags and hang tags
  • Size and color quantities per carton
  • Carton marks and shipping labels
  • Pre-shipment photos or video

Inspection Standard

AQL-Based Final Inspection

For bulk orders, final inspection follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling, the method used by international brands and inspection agencies. A set number of pieces is selected at random and every defect is classified by severity.

Critical

Zero Tolerance

Defects that could harm the wearer or break safety rules, such as sharp objects or broken hardware.

Not accepted in any quantity.
Major

Affects Sale or Use

Defects a customer would notice and return, such as open seams, wrong measurements or misprinted logos.

Strictly limited, typically AQL 2.5.
Minor

Cosmetic Only

Small flaws that do not affect use, such as a short loose thread or a faint mark.

Limited, typically AQL 4.0.

AQL levels can be agreed with you per order. Third-party inspections are welcome.

FAQ

Quality Questions, Answered

How do you make sure bulk production matches my sample?

Your approved sample becomes our reference. Materials, cut panels, garments in production and finished goods are all checked against it, so differences are caught early and corrected.

What inspection standard do you use?

Final inspection of bulk orders follows AQL sampling, typically AQL 2.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, with zero tolerance for critical defects. Other levels can be agreed per order.

Can I send my own inspector or a third-party agency?

Yes. You are welcome to arrange your own QC agent or an inspection company to inspect your order before shipment.

Will I see my order before it ships?

Yes. We share photos and video of finished, packed goods before dispatch, and measurement reports on request.

What happens if defects are found?

Defective pieces are reworked or replaced before packing. If an issue affects the whole batch, we stop, fix the cause and re-inspect before shipping.

Do you check every size?

Yes. Measurements are checked across all sizes in your size range, not just the sample size.
