Our Manufacturing Process
Eight clear steps from your first idea to a finished, export-ready order, with your approval at every stage that matters.
From Concept to Finished Apparel
Our process is built around you, the buyer. Each stage has a clear output, and nothing moves to bulk production until you have approved the sample. Click any step to jump straight to it.
01.Understanding Your Requirements
Your vision sets the direction
We start by understanding your brand, target market and product goals. Share a tech pack, sketches, reference samples or simply an idea, and we confirm the details together: fabric, GSM, sizes, colors, branding, quantities and finishing.
What you get
- A clear, written product brief
- Advice on fabric and construction
- An initial quotation
02.Fabric & Material Selection
The right materials for your product
We source fabrics, trims and accessories that suit how your product will be used, its performance needs and your budget. Every fabric is checked for GSM, composition, color and hand-feel before it is approved.
What you get
- Fabric options and swatches
- GSM and composition confirmed
- Zips, trims and accessories selected
03.Pattern Making & Sampling
Your design takes shape
Our pattern makers create patterns around your measurements and size chart, then build a sample using the selected fabric, construction details and your branding, so you can see and feel the real product.
What you get
- Patterns graded for your size range
- A physical pre-production sample
- Photos and measurements for review
04.Sample Review & Approval
Approve before bulk production
You review fit, measurements, fabric, color, stitching and branding. We make any agreed revisions and only move to bulk production once you approve, so there are no surprises later.
What you get
- Revisions as agreed with you
- An approved golden sample as reference
- Specifications locked for production
05.Bulk Production Planning
Prepared for consistent production
After approval, we confirm quantities, size and color breakdowns, materials and delivery dates. Fabric is booked and production is scheduled so your order runs to plan.
What you get
- Confirmed size and color breakdown
- Production schedule with milestones
- Proforma invoice and order confirmation
06.Cutting, Stitching & Branding
Precision meets craftsmanship
Fabric is cut to the approved patterns and garments are assembled by experienced operators. Your branding is applied using embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, silicone print or heat transfer, matched to the approved sample.
What you get
- Regular progress updates and photos
- Branding matched to your sample
- In-line checks during sewing
07.Quality Inspection
Attention to every detail
Finished garments are inspected for measurements, stitching, construction, appearance and branding against your approved specifications. Any issues are corrected before a single piece is packed.
What you get
- Measurement and visual inspection
- Defects corrected before packing
- Pre-shipment photos or video on request
08.Packing & Export Dispatch
Prepared for delivery
Garments are folded, tagged and packed to your requirements. We prepare the export documents and coordinate shipping by air, sea or courier to your warehouse or door.
What you get
- Polybags, hang tags and cartons as specified

Questions About Our Process
What do I need to get started?
Anything that explains your idea: a tech pack, sketches, photos of reference garments or a physical sample. If you do not have a tech pack, our team will help you define the specifications.
Do you make a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Every new style is sampled first. You review fit, fabric, color, stitching and branding, and bulk production only starts after your approval.
Can you use my own labels, tags and packaging?
Yes. We produce private label orders with your woven labels, care labels, hang tags, polybags and cartons, or we can source them for you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product, fabric and type of customization. Share your requirements through the quote form and we will confirm the MOQ that works for your order.
How do you control quality?
We inspect materials on arrival, check garments during sewing, carry out a final inspection against your approved sample and check packing before dispatch. Photos or video are available before shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide by air, sea or courier and prepare the export documents, including the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
