Product Sampling

See, feel and test your product before bulk production. Every new style starts with a sample you approve.

Why Sample First

Approve the Real Product Before You Commit

A drawing or a mockup can only show so much. A sample lets you check the fit, feel the fabric, see the true colors and inspect the branding on a real garment before you invest in a full production run.

Our pattern makers and sample tailors turn your design into a physical product, then refine it with your feedback until it is exactly right. The approved sample becomes the reference for your entire bulk order.

  • Check fit, fabric, color and branding in person
  • Revisions until you are fully satisfied
  • Approved sample becomes the bulk production standard
  • Use samples for photoshoots, pre-orders and investors

FAQ

Sampling Questions, Answered

How long does sampling take?

A first sample usually takes 7–14 days from confirmed specifications. Each round of revisions typically takes 3–7 days, plus courier time.

How much does a sample cost?

Sample cost depends on the design, fabric, branding and number of pieces. We confirm the exact cost with your quotation before starting.

Do I need a tech pack to get a sample?

No. A tech pack helps, but sketches, photos of reference garments or a physical sample are enough to start. Our team will help define the specifications.

What if the sample is not right the first time?

Share your feedback and we will revise the sample. We make agreed changes until you are happy and approve it.

Will my bulk order match the approved sample?

Yes. The approved pre-production sample becomes the reference for bulk production and quality inspection, so bulk goods are checked against it.

Can I order samples without committing to bulk production?

Yes. Sampling lets you check our quality and your product before you place a bulk order.
