Fabric & Material
The right fabric is the foundation of every great garment. We help you choose materials that suit your product, its performance needs and your budget.

The Foundation of Every Great Garment
Fabric decides how your product looks, feels, fits and lasts. A premium hoodie, a lightweight match jersey and a squat-proof legging each need a completely different material, and choosing well is the first step to a product your customers keep coming back to.
Our team guides you through the options, from composition and weight to stretch, finish and color, so your fabric matches your design, price point and end use.
- Cotton, polyester, nylon and stretch blends
- Every fabric checked for GSM, shade and quality
- Custom colors matched to your Pantone references
- Swatches and lab dips available before you commit

Your Colors, Matched Precisely

- Lab dips for approval before bulk dyeing
- Solid, melange and heather fabrics
- All-over sublimation prints on polyester
- Trims, zips and drawcords matched to your fabric
Finishes That Add Value
Fabric finishes improve hand-feel, appearance and performance. Ask us which suits your product.
Brushed & Peach Finish
A soft, warm surface for fleece and a smooth, suede-like touch on polyester.
Enzyme & Silicone Wash
A softer hand-feel and reduced shrinkage for cotton garments.
Garment Dye & Acid Wash
Vintage and washed-out looks popular with streetwear brands.
Moisture-Wicking
Pulls sweat away from the skin so sportswear dries faster.
Anti-Pilling
Keeps fleece and knits looking new for longer after washing.
Pre-Shrunk & Compacted
Reduces shrinkage so sizing stays consistent after washing.
Every Detail Sourced for You
We source and color-match the trims that complete your garment.
Checked Before It Is Cut
Every fabric is inspected on arrival, before a single panel is cut, so the quality you approved in the sample is the quality you receive in bulk.
GSM Verification
Weight is checked with a GSM cutter and scale against your specification.
Shrinkage Testing
Wash tests confirm shrinkage stays within acceptable limits.
Color Fastness
Color is checked to make sure it does not bleed or fade quickly.
Shade & Defect Check
Rolls are checked for shade consistency, holes and weaving faults.

Fabric Questions, Answered
Can you send fabric swatches before I order?
Yes. We can send swatches or detailed photos and videos of fabric options, so you can check color, weight and hand-feel before approving.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Share your Pantone references or a physical sample and we will prepare lab dips for your approval before bulk dyeing.
What GSM should I choose for hoodies?
Most premium streetwear hoodies use 320–450 GSM cotton fleece. Lighter 280–320 GSM works well for everyday or warmer-climate styles. We can recommend the right weight for your design.
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes. If you have a preferred mill or fabric, you can supply it and we will handle cutting, stitching, branding and finishing.
Do you offer organic or recycled fabrics?
Organic cotton and recycled polyester can be sourced on request, subject to availability and order quantity. Ask us when you request a quote.
How do you make sure bulk fabric matches the sample?
Bulk fabric is checked on arrival for GSM, shade, shrinkage and defects against the approved sample before cutting begins.
Not Sure Which Fabric to Choose?
Tell us about your product and we will recommend the right material with your quotation.
